The newly appointed Ambassador of Germany to Bangladesh, H.E. Achim Tröster, paid a courtesy connect with on BGMEA President Faruque Hassan at BGMEA business office in Dhaka on October 4.

The BGMEA President welcomed the new German Ambassador and apprised him of the existing situation of Bangladesh’s apparel sector, its problems, prospects and long run priorities. Highlighting the development built by the business in the locations of workplace safety, environmental sustainability and workers’ welfare, Faruque Hassan requested the envoy to encourage the RMG market positively to his government, prospective buyers and other related stakeholders.
